OutLash came to us ready for a transformation. Their brand and website no longer reflected the modern, elevated experience they were delivering in-person. The challenge was clear: redesign their digital presence to match the quality of their services while making it effortless for clients to book and shop.

We rebuilt OutLash’s website and e-commerce platform from the ground up — streamlining navigation, optimizing mobile performance, and simplifying the booking and purchasing flow. At the same time, we refreshed their brand identity with a new logo, updated palette, and cohesive design system that carried across every touchpoint. The result was a polished, approachable look that communicates both professionalism and style.

And the impact was immediate. Within the first months of launch, OutLash achieved a 15% conversion rate — outperforming 91% of beauty brands worldwide. Average order value rose to $112, showing the site isn’t just converting more customers, but driving higher-value sales and sustainable growth.
