In early 2025, I founded Uncommon Forms, a strategy-led brand and web design studio built to scale and evolve businesses through comprehensive, short-form programs.

I also partner more directly with teams, taking on longer term contract and fractional roles to provide senior-level, end-to-end design support.

Before starting my studio, I worked in corporate environments as a lead experience designer, combining strategic thinking with hands-on execution.

Hello, I’m Rachele.

Why I Started

After spending years in corporate roles, I wanted more autonomy over the work I took on and how I showed up in it. I started Uncommon Forms so I could focus on projects where my experience and perspective were genuinely valued, and where I could work closely with the people making the decisions. That freedom allows me to do my best work and be more intentional about who I partner with.

What I Believe

A brand is the experience people have with your business and the impression they carry forward. When it’s done well, it supports how the business operates, makes decision-making easier, and builds trust as things grow and change. With clear strategy and experienced creative direction, that work creates momentum and supports long-term progress.

How I Work

I take a strategy-first approach and adjust the level of involvement based on what the business needs. Some clients come to me for focused projects or strategic support alongside an in-house team, while others need a more comprehensive reset. In every engagement, I work closely with decision-makers, stay hands-on, and build brand and website systems that support where the business is headed next.

My work has been featured on the Nasdaq Tower in Times Square and honored with awards including:
